I'm the founder of Fit Roots Therapy. With experience in counseling areas such as trauma, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, insomnia, academic and career development, stress, relationships, family, couples, friendships, stress, doubts, personal development, and self-discovery. I created Fit Roots Therapy because I love what I do. I enjoy counseling and deeply connecting with my dear clients. My aim is to provide mental well-being services that focus on achieving long-term fulfillment, addressing root causes, and maintaining good mental fitness.

My approach

I use a multidisciplinary approach that takes into account multiple factors affecting your well-being by getting to the deep-rooted patterns and improving self-awareness. I practice systemic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT).
